DAUR KARBON Kamila Program Studi Biologi Fakultas Sains dan Teknologi Universitas Islam Negri   Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta *Coressponding author : Kamilamila@gmail.com Abstract The carbon cycle is a gas-biogeochemical cycle. Biogeochemistry is a continuous exchange or change, between the living and non-living biosphere components. In the carbon cycle, carbon into the abiotic component of the ecosystem in the form of CO2 is bound in photosynthesis and then released back into the air or water through a process of respiration in animals and reshuffling of organic matter in the soil. The purpose of this practicum is to study biogeochemical cycles in the ecosystem, especially the carbon cycle. This practice was conducted on 13 March 2018 at Center for Integrated Laboratory UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. The method used is to observe pomacea and hydrilla sp using aqueous materials, bromtimol blue and control indicators and see changes in pH, water temperature, DO and cha
